    create database [DB명];
    show databases;
    create user [사용자명]@localhost identified by 'uscdb12';
    grant all privileges on [DB명].* to [사용자명]@localhost;
    grant all on [DB명].* to '[사용자명]'@'localhost' identified by 'uscdb12';
    grant all on [DB명].* to '[사용자명]'@'%' identified by 'uscdb12';
    flush privileges;
